2010 Fall R4s League Ralia Sports Center, Maple Grove. September 29 - December 15, exclude 11/24 for Thanksgiving. Match start times will be between 6:20, 7:25, 8:30 and 9:35. Please register for AA or A divisions. Registration will be limited to 32 teams. All entries MUST include the full entry fee and a roster. Players may play on multiple teams or teams may register more than once but anyone on more than one team MUST be indicated on the roster when it is submitted. MVA will attempt to schedule all teams without conflicts for pool play. If the MVA is unable to accommodate a player or team for multiple teams the entry fee will be refunded starting with the team(s) that registered last.

Note: 1. The individual fee is higher per player to offset the PayPal charges (a set fee plus a percentage) incurred by the MVA. 2. A roster with a team name MUST accompany the first fee paid by a team member and each payment thereafter must list the team name. 3. The entry will not be considered complete or accepted until all 4 team member payments are received. 4. The team fee paid individually is considered for 4 players and once 4 players have paid for a team, the entry is complete and the team may add additional players to the roster for no fee.

Steps to Register for League Online 1. Complete Roster at http://www.mnvba.com/html/tournament_roster.html. Use the Tournament Roster and indicate “R4s Fall League”. 2. Submit the entry fee using one of the PayPal payment options below.
